Example of Breakdown on Feed Alone in the United States
(This is only an example to show the enormity of the industry as a whole, based on feed alone, not including animal health and husbandry, equipment, trailers, tractors, atv’s and implements, guns, ammunition, blinds & feeders)

11,000 Farms estimated @ having 50 head of deer (estimated average head is 175 and above)

=550,000 cervids eating just 2 lbs of feed daily

=1,100,00 lbs of feed daily which equals

=550 tons of feed a day

This is an industry worth turning your attention towards.   It is aggressive & growing rapidly!
Fun Fact: There are 2,200 miles of 8 fence manufactured annually. That is enough fence to go from Brownsille, TX to International Falls, MN and a considerable distance back again, with a 5% increase and waiting list.
